How long from one moment to another, counted the way a calendar counts: a month is however long that month actually was, which is why one month after 31 January is the end of February.
You get the gap in calendar units, the flat totals in seconds, hours, days and weeks, and the ISO 8601 duration to paste into a config file. It reads ISO durations back, too.
